PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING

REMOVAL POLICY

Please ensure that you book for a removal service when booking if you have any nail enhancements on your nails. Due to limited time availability, clients who do not include a removal service will not be accommodated. If you have bare nails, you do not need to book for a removal service.

 

GUEST POLICY

No guests are permitted during appointments at this time. 

 

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be issued once services are completed. If you are unhappy with your services, please let me know and I will do my best accommodate. 

 

INSPO PICS/ADDRESS INFORMATION

I will reach out the day before your appointment with details of my address & inspo photos. Please note that I do work out of my apartment but I have a dedicated room for my nail services only! 

Please feel free to send any inspo or ideas to my instagram at any time!

 

LATE/TARDINESS POLICY

I do not charge late fees however clients arriving 10 minutes or more late will have their appointment cancelled and the cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the card on file. Please allocate time to find parking if you are driving as it can be difficult at times. 

 

NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY

Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will be unable to book future appointments. The $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for no call no show instances. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will also incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file unless i am able to find someone to fill the time slot. I am very accommodating and nice so please reach out if needed but please respect my time and livelihood as well.

Where are you located?

I'm located in Yesler Terrace, Seattle. It is close to the ID & Cap Hill neighborhoods. The exact address will be provided the day before your appointment. Please note that I do work out of my apartment but I have a dedicated room for my nail services only!

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept tap to pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, or Cash.

 

How can I book an appointment?

Please click the "book now!" tab below to proceed with booking your service, For any questions, feel free to reach out via Instagram DMs. However, all appointments must be booked through the online system with a credit card on file.By booking with me, you agree to all of my policies. Thank you!
